RETURN POLICY

Thanks for choosing BestStore.ae to purchase your favorite products, we are glad to serve you, Beststore.ae will do the best to simplify and smooth Return & Exchange process in the best possible way.

We have facilitated the process for you having below guidance:

1 - Return Policy Period and Effective Date:

     - Return will be within 5 days from date of Delivery.

2 - Return Policy :

     - Policy will be applied for products in their original sealed pack.

     - For open box defects, all products accessories should be included as purchased & provided with original product’s pack.

     - Products with open box that have a manufacturer defect can be exchanged with the same product.

3- Return Method:

     - In Case that the customer received a wrong item not as per their order Beststore.ae will pare all the courier charges for the item return.
     
     - If the customer Changes their mind and want to return a product in original condition, Customer will have to bare a 15 Dirhams as a courier fees to ship the product back to our warehouse.

     - To return a product purchased by credit card, amount will be deposited to customer’s bank account within 14 working days and he/she has to follow-up payment procedures with his/her bank branch, For Cash on Delievey Orders amount will be credited in the customer account as a balance for future orders

4 - What Is Not Covered by Policy:

     - Defected or damaged items caused by misuse.

5 - Other Terms & Conditions:

     - Customer has the right to receive purchased items within a maximum period of two weeks from purchase date.

     - If the product is returned due to defective product, manufacturer's defect or damage due to delivery of the product or due to incorrect / wrong product delivery, no additional shipping charges will be charged.
